Service was outstandingDecember 4, 2008 I ordered the wrong bracket for my television and feared the worst when i tried to return it, i figured i would get the runaround with the shippment, refund etc. I was pleasantly suprised when i contacted Plasma Concept and Spoke to an actual person (Dan Aab) and was told how to ship the item. Not only did i get a phone call to let me know that they had received the item returned and my card would be credited, he also made sure i got the right bracket and in a timely fashion (the next day) Now that's what i call service! Great job Dan!!!!!!!!11
Does the job wellOctober 13, 2008 Purchased this from Amazon at the same time with my 32 inch Samsung LCD; had read other reviewers & this seemed to be a good choice. Went up fairly easily and should have no problem holding the TV securely; the ability to adjust the viewing angle with the tilt option is an added bonus that should not be overlooked.
