Installation ReviewJanuary 4, 2009 Person arrived 10 minutes early and his partner showed up to help him 5 minutes later. They did a very nice job and I was concerned since the place that I bought the TV (Samsung 52" Love it) was discouraging me from mounting our new TV on an older plaster wall. I learned a trick from these guys since many people are afraid of cracking plaster walls. Here is the trick- before your drill or try to cut into plaster, apply blue 3M painters tape which I think you can buy at Home Depot. Then drill through the tape and it keeps the plaster from cracking. Very neat trick. The finished TV mounting looks really good and they didn't break my wall like Best Buy told me was a high likelihood.

I was hesitant to buy this since I thought that they were going to actually ship me something. To my surprise I got an e-mail with the scheduling code right after the purchase. The tech that came to my house was early, which almost backfired since I barely got home from work and I am glad he didn't think that he could just leave. My Samsung "Touch of Red" looks great mounted on the wall and I did buy the expensive Monster Cables but I wonder if I should have spent less on the cable. The install was worth the money and I would recommend this outfit. J.
