good stuff. January 9, 2009 ya that ipod is really the bomb. there is one little thing i like to complain though: it says 120 gb, but on the ipod is only 111 or so available, i mean some mb are neccesarry just for running the ipod, but 9gb??? thats too much, its not even that much for windows on a computer. i like that its 6th gen but you cant hack it yet or idk if you ever can, so if you wanna do more stuff then listenning to music and watching movies and all that stuff then get the 5,0 or 5,5 gen.. i love apple (:
Plenty og room January 8, 2009 Apple iPod classic 120 GB Black (6th Generation) I always seem to use more storeage than I plan, but with the 6th generation Ipod classic, it just isnt going to happen. A Teenager was heard saying," I am getting tired of the same 30,000 songs." But outside of that population, the space is awesome.
If you are stepping up from an older Ipod you will have no problem with this one since the directions are the same. For me, this was my first one and I found the directions on using it to be "sparse", at best. I ended up finding a person who had one to show me how to use it. It is simple enough once things are explained, but getting started on my own was tough.
I looked at a number of MP3 players before buying this one and there were two points that made it a no brainer for me. The first was the cost for the capacity which is a good deal and the second is there are no moving parts in the whole thing. It is one solid piece of metal and plastic. The fidelity is accurate, and I will be getting speakers to go with the earphones.
It is a lot of product for the money and although it doesnt have the fancy windows of the newer model, it is a fine basic music player.
Great IPOD, great deal! January 8, 2009 The 120GB IPOD Classic is a great product, would recommend to anyone looking to store all of their music and videos.
iPod for my Truck January 8, 2009 Learned my stock stereo has and port in the back for iPod inputs nad use it promarily there. Its been a great asset to have the flexability in the truck for long drives and even around town when im in the mood for something other than radio stations.
Nice very Nice January 8, 2009 This is my first MP3 player. I've been wanting one for some time but couldn't decide on which one to get. A guy at work had and one and he liked it and I checked it out and I decided to go with the iPod classic 120G and I love it. It operates flawlessly by itself and with the system in my truck that is set up to use MP3 players. Makes me wonder why I waited so long to get one.
